Why Renovations instead of New Build
More outdoor space: Older blocks were built with generous land rations, offering larger lawns, wider setbacks, and more open space than cramped modern apartments.
Premium materials: We salvage high-quality, old growth materials - like original hardwood floors - that are difficult and expensive to source today.
